We also went to Yellowstone this year, and you are right that it is quite different in Alaska. I can suggest many other areas in Alaska to get up close with wildlife too. I will be writing about many over the next few months.

This year, 2019, was the hottest summer Alaska experienced. The glacier melt was huge! Definitely go soon. And I will be writing about Alaska in my next several articles so stay tuned.
